Ee Week

For whatever reason, I can not find any pictures from our Ee week we did many moons ago, but I wanted to include the list of books we read for Ee week. One theme for the week was about Eggs. In the springtime, through the local university, we will hatch chickens from eggs. I actually signed up for a course on embryology today. So, we will revisit this booklist in a few short months...
An Egg Is Quiet
Rechenka's Eggs
Green Eggs and Ham
An Extraordinary Egg
Chickens Aren't the Only Ones
First the Egg
Little Grunt and the Big Egg: A Prehistoric Fairy Tale
Books for Big Boy
Ee is for Endangered Animals
Gone Wild: An Endangered Animal Alphabet
I also found some interesting information regarding Blessed Kateri and Saint Francis regarding each being the patroness and patrons of ecology and the environment at this website.
Ee is for Eat Nicely
How Do Dinosaurs Eat Their Food?
