To celebrate Jesus praying at the Garden of Gethsemane, we made praying hands. We folded a sheet of paper in half, cut out in the shape of hands, and decorated. Inside I glued a copy of the Lord's Prayer.
Wow! This is such a great idea, too! I obviously need to be reading more of your archives! We've been having soooo much trouble getting my daughter to fold her hands while she prays right now. (Kids can be so stubborn about the weirdest things...) so I think this would be perfect for her!
This is such a cool idea! My son is 8, but what a great way to get him to remember special intentions thoughout Lent! GREAT IDEA! I'm so glad you linked to Catholic Icing, now I'll be back to visit often! ~ Kathy
